Our Meyers Lemon Tree has 400 lemons growing on it. They are tiny, they are green, they are full of delicious promise.
Tomorrow I plant sweet basil, Thai basil, Italian parsley, eggplant, cilantro, and mint. I believe that I will use our lemons with each of these crops in some flavorful dish to come.
